I'm having a little bit of trouble figuring out the appropriate level (trivial-legendary) for miracles which are not made for conflicts. The book gives some example miracles, and a vague explanation of the differences between the levels with the example of flight, but I am constantly wanting some kind of reference to use when making miracles.
Some miracles, such as creating a gem/jar that stores souls, reversing the flow of a river, or making the stars in the sky out of your many eyes so that you can scry on the entire world, could fall into several different power levels. Their scale and whether they are innovation or alteration is clear, but we aren't given a way of determining the power of miracles beyond their effect on dice rolls. Of course, higher power levels would make for better dice, but I don't necessarily want to always be using this. Can anyone help me on this?
