*In best drill sergeant voice* "Hey all you players out there... I KNOW YOUR OUT THERE!!!!

And since I know your out there, I want you all to come out of the wood work already and state your name and business!!! I want you to tell me about your deity, his domains, his inclinations, his form of government and his commandments. I want to know if he is human stock, demon stock or even a spontaneous force of nature... though if he IS spontaneous, I want to know how he came into existence... What kind of economic system do you prescribe to? (hunter/gatherer, trader, farmer etc.) And anything else you want to elaborate on. If your deity has a secret, PM me. I reserve the right to say HELL NO, to some domains so as to maintain game balance, or because there is NO WAY IN HELL, some domains would exist back in the bronze age.

now, FALL IN!!!"

Name: Ga-Li
Title: The Lady of Mist, The Holy Diver
Primary Domain: Weather

PostSubject: Re: Roll Call!   Fri Apr 22, 2011 10:35 am

Deity: Ga-Li
Title: The Lady of Mist

Primary Domain: Water
Secondary Domains: Whether, Knowledge, Prophecy

Inclinations: Cr - B, D - O, T - H, Co - B
Celestial Realm: Endless summer
Heaven for followers: Eternal Reef, endless vacation for all!
Hell for followers: Crystal Sea Caves of Reflection, "Now sit there and think about what you did wrong. Make up for it, and THEN I'll let you out."
Holy Season: Summer, beach season

Elite followers:
10% Body - Sailors, hard work on the sea is good for you.
10% Mind - Scholars, knowing is half the battle.
10% Spirit - Fishermen, time to reflect, watching the waves.

Type of Tribe: Semi-Settled
Origin of Tribe: Evacuation of former territory

New Tribal Home: (1st territory) The shore and surface, plus a little underwater, of a freshwater lake, oddly close to the ocean. Unaware of what the rest of the world calls it, the locals just call it Lake Na-Ho. Cliffs and caves a ways off separate the village from thick jungle. The village is in wonderful territory, so long as vigilent watch is kept for the rare odd creature from the deepest depths of the lake.

Village: Gako-Ro, The Floating Village. Built atop giant lily pads and the surrounding shore, the village uses woven seaweed as a curiously strong watertight building material, making bridges, huts, boats, and so on. There are two ways in and out of the village, the main gate, and by boat at the docks. The village uses a rather clever way of defending the gate. Two long wooden walls, one several feet behind the other, surround the shore. Each wall has a large gate, one swinging inward, the other outward. Through the gate is a sturdy, waterproof walkway, with a raised platform next to it. Between the walls is water. When the gate is opened, those intending to go through must wait on the platform, as the water spills out and sweeps the walkway until the gates are fully open, blocking the flow. Anyone trying to force the gate would be swept away. (It is considered good manners to nudge any fish on the walkway back into the water after the flow has stopped. Ga-Li smiles upon this.) Nearby shells and plants are used to make flax, which can be turned into string, which can be turned into any number of useful things, like nets, rope, and clothing. Bamboo grows a bit further inland.

Resource: Boats and fishing

Culture: Ga-Li can be a curious god, and though unasked, her people dedicate a good deal of their spare time gathering and discovering knowledge to please her. This has led to a habit of cataloging the combined knowledge of the village, leading to the creation of the archives, essentially a building sized picture-for-words encyclopedia. Some have taken wandering the world outside the village for a time before returning, and part of the coming of age ritual of the village is adding something new to the archives.

The full coming of age ritual is:
A household celebration, to show the seriousness of the milestone.
A day of meditation, in the manor the one coming of age chooses, to clear the mind.
A two week pilgramage, searching the world for something they did not yet know, and returning said knowledge to the village.
A walk through the village, looking at each job carefully.
A decision on what job they wish to take up in the village, and an aprenticeship to said job. This includes an initiation ritual.
A visit to the smaller and more private of Ga-Li's two shrines.
A personal heart-to-heart talk with Ga-Li.
Accepting a gift from Ga-Li. This may be advice, an object, a devine favor, or even a kiss. (Last bit is rumor, nobody knows what anyone else gets.)

Ruler: Noka-Ma, village elder, and Hah-Li and Ma-Ku, Noka-Ma's right and left hands.
Badge of Office: A trident fishing spear, made from the bones of a dangerous giant deep water fish. (Doubles as a walking stick.)

Religious Observances: 1. Any problems in the village are to be resolved civilly, violence is not permitted for such petty things, an impartial third party or a game is to settle things if unable to settle on their own.
2. Those who would enter the service of Ga-Li must wear a mask they craft themselves, and immerse themselves in the very essence of water. Ga-Li provides nuts from the celestial gardens to enhance touch. One (and only one) must be eaten, then immerse themselves in the lake before it wears off. The experience often gives a whole new appreciation for the element.
3. Fresh water is to be used in any ritual or ceremony. No impurities.
4. Ga-Li's symbol is to be in plain sight when praying or attempting to speak with her when not incarnated. However, Ga-Li is not picky, one can scribble it in the sand if they wish for example.
5. One is NOT to grovel when praying or speaking with Ga-Li, incarnated or not. Ga-Li has more important things to do than listen to senseless flattery or time waisting fancy language.
6. Seriously, NO GROVELING!

Appearance and Symbols: Ga-Li places little importance in them, but has one symbol and one color. Her symbol is a square spiral, resembling an ocean wave. Her color is blue. She cares not what shade, but light blue is often chosen. She appears as a tall humanoid covered head to toe in light blue lightweight armor, suitable for swimming in dangerous waters, and wears a mask resembling a modern rebreather, complete with glass visor. Though genderless at one time, her personality had enough believing her female to make her far more shapely over time. None have seen her face. Older boys ritually tease the younger that the first to do so will become her husband, having led to several amusing antics over the years. Like that one time they tried to spy on her while... you know what? It's best to get the story from the source.

Personality and Commandments: Ga-Li stresses independence from her followers, knowing that in this day and age, the odds of her becoming powerful enough to be considered beyond consideration for conquest of her people is laughably low, though that won't stop her from trying. She commands the following. That her followers work for what they desire, to make obtaining it most fulfilling. That they are to know when to act with emotion, and when with logic. And to never seek unnecessary conflict. One should work with things, not control them.

Goals and Tactics: Ga-Li seeks to protect her people, major expansion and gathering power is a thought for another day, when she has the strength to back it up, no matter how long it takes, though she won't turn down a chance to gain resources for her people. Ga-Li is proud of her people when they accomplish something without her help, but is not afraid to take a hands on approach to village life, helping with tasks such as building, fishing, and guard duty in her incarnated form as a mortal would. She wants her people to know that she owes just as much to them, if not more, than they do to her.

Agreements and Hatreds: Ga-Li is fairly reasonable, using common sense to decide on most things. However, she very strongly believes in unity, and purity. If there is one thing she can not stand, it is gods of poison, corruption, fear, anger, consumption, and dissent.

Currency system: The village usually uses a barter system. However, as certain goods became more, or less valueable over time, they started using a semi-common seashell native to the area, shaped like gears, complete with hole in the center. They are called Widgets, and larger and higher quality ones are worth more. They are decided to have value due to just how darn USEFUL they are, used to make moving parts for almost everything in the village. The record for the largest Widget ever found is the size of a large serving platter, currently installed in the village gates, and was found by Ma-Ku, elder Noka-Ma's left hand, on a diving trip.

Origin and Legends: Most gods would brag of their great deeds that led to their ascension, or tell flattering tales of themselves in life. Ga-Li is not among them. Because Ga-Li was never alive. As a single spirit in the well of souls, genderless, nameless, and with not a single thing in it's mind, an attack from a demon inside the well escaping managed to crack the well. Being what it was, the well swiftly repaired itself, but not before the spirit was caught in the wake of the escaping demon and swept through the crack. The spirit awoke in the real world and swiftly imprinted itself upon a nearby beach village. The people were friendly, helpful, and hard workers, and so the spirit became one as well. The spirit's work, though minor, eventually caught the notice of the villagers, who jokingly told each other that a gali, or 'benevolent spirit' must have taking a liking to them, and thus was Ga-Li named. Merely by being acknowledged Ga-Li swiftly became stronger, eventually becoming something akin to a town pet. It remained such for many decades, until a raiding party of salamander slavers discovered the village. While strong and brave, the villagers knew very little of combat, and were swiftly overrun. In the middle of it all, a young girl, Noka-Ma, called out with a powerful, heartfelt, whispered prayer. "Please, it can't end this way. Help us, someone help us. We need a god. ANY god!" Within this prayer was a scrap of belief, that help truly would come. Normally, the salamander god would have snatched up the belief for himself, then killed them off anyway, but Ga-Li seized it swiftly. The freshwater spring in the center of the village erupted in a geyser, launching her incarnated form into the center of the raiding party. The salamanders had but a moment to react, a moment they waisted in shock of the sheer size, twelve feet tall, of the warrior. The next thing anyone knew, a tidal wave had smashed into the village, crushing the salamanders against the ground, but mysteriously leaving the villagers and buildings not even wet. Ga-Li (having spent nearly all her power, though she was not a she yet) was exhausted, and unable to stop a single surviving salamander from escaping. In the confusion of the next few days, Ga-Li's incarnation became more feminine as the belief of her people sculpted her into what they believed fit her personality while she regained her strength, and helped the villagers evacuate the village to escape the inevitable second attack, this time with the full attention of the salamander god. The floating village of Gako-Ro was built soon after, atop giant lily pads and the nearby shore. Ga-Li swiftly became the target of worship, an odd feeling for her, and became their god. Noka-Ma eventually became village leader, having been taught by Ga-Li over the years to be wise and fair. (Ga-Li not exactly knowing what a god was supposed to do, had a lot of time on her hands.)

It was around then that a scowling Fate showed up, muttering to itself about problems that came up with the unplanned creation of 'free agents'...

Deity: Haois

Inclinations:
+ Creation
= Change
= Destruction
- Control

Celestial Realm: Spring/Summer

Heaven for followers: The domain of Haois a tropical and temperate world which is balanced in a paradise for all to enjoy and relax in. To party, dance, anything that makes them happy.

Hell for followers: A cave world in which followers who betray their virtues to the vices of their own selfish desires are sent to wander within the dark caves of the abyssal world until they repent.

Holy Season: there is a season but there is no real name for it, many believe it is Freedom Day others say Haois Ascension. Though none really bother to argue too much over it considering the current situations. They're mostly just happy to have a god and be alive. On this moment they usually have a big feast in the honor of this in honor of Haois.

Elite followers:

Haos Knights strength D8, intelligence D6, spirit D6. 10%

Solar Psions spirit D8, intelligence D8, strength D6 10%

Lion Tamers mind D6, strength D8, spirit D6. 10%

Type of Tribe: Semi-Settled
Origin of Tribe: The Pit, Lashon and the shores of Harraath

New Tribal Home:

Village: For now is a small bit of houses and tents yet to be created into the kingdom it shall become.

Appearance and Symbols:

Slave with a diamond sword

Flower of virtue

A lion roaring at the sun

Haois' realm is that of an enchanted forest surrounded by great open planes and hills it is a beautiful sunny and temperate world filled with an abundant amazing and unnatural plants and foods. Crystals grow in places like fungus but much prettier still. The jeweled sentinels patrol these areas. Tall crystalmorphic sentient beings all in a manner shapes, sizes and colors. They guard the forest as well as a large cave of which Haois retires in. Here the walls are filled with lights that sparkle for energies and illuminesence of spiritual power and the alien plant life, even here, is beautiful yet somewhat ghostly and lighted with a dim glow. The cave is very large inside with caverns that lead to many places unexplored. However in one of these places resides the palace of Haois, a place made of pure crystal that is filled with monochromatic color. The buildings and areas about the world are frightening yet amazing. While some buildings float above ground some are twisted into unimagineable shapes that many spirits of the dead live in after they die.

Upon a throne of golden amethyst and blood red rubies sits Haois, a tall, muscular, illuminated and translucent being with rainbow like crystal armor that covers practically his entire body. He sits on the throne almost looking like that of a beautiful glass statue. His eyes a beautiful bluish opal color with no pupils, his skin pale, featureless, yet lighted by a brilliant glow, his long hair a plethura of colors that seem to make noise like that of glass clinking together when he brushes it back. He sits there usually with a bored expression and when he speaks it's almost like that of beautiful flute sound and carries by his side the first crystal sword, Aos. He is usually accompanied by his wife Alaina, a light nymph, and his trusty Lion.

In the Known world he usually takes on of what he calls a persona. He usually comes in the form of the crystal lion, a much more powerful version of the crystal sentinel, his usual self, nature, or lion. He is a very kind and loving being but when his loved ones or his faithful are hurt there is no greater fury that he would inflict then destroying everyone responsible. He has the brand placed on him amongst all other gods and goddesses as "underdog" due to the fact that he is one of the youngest gods and was put as a diety out of mercy. But that does not cut from his enthusiasm. He has many convictions as his past as a human slave. Some of which his followers revile him for but he promised to help them to atone for his sins. But, although he may love and help them he allows them to help themselves when they need to.

Personality and Commandments:
1. You shall obey my commandments to the best of your ability
2. You shall be peaceful and kind to your fellow man
3. You shall commit no foul or obscene acts that are in any way shape or form cruel and terrible to your fellow man.
4. You shall know when to hate the slavers.
5. You shall face evil when it is most necessary to do so as well as most possible.
6. When it comes time you shall do the impossible.
7. All things of good must be respected all seasons, nature, animals and good people. Especially the lion.
8. Haois desires that all kind give they're all to good will and peace. For such things are just as desired as freedom.
9. A follower of Haois will never enslave a fellow human being.
10. To those who are evil shall be humbled and taught to respect good beings and become good beings themselves. If not then they shall die.
11. You shall be pure and as strong as the diamond and your will just as so.
12. You shall always be my children for my love for you is without measure and therefore you shall keep my gifts.
13. However betray my love and you shall be banished never to return and never to keep my gifts.
14. If by chance you would ask of my forgiveness then I shall give you your chance to repent.
15. And if you betray my love again you shall be banished again and there will be no chances.
16. You shall spread my word of freedom amongst all other slaves so like you they may be freed.
17. When slaves are freed they shall be given the choice to serve me and create more freedom for others or leave to pursue they're own path.
18. You shall keep all of my secrets and share nothing sacred to the enemy.
19. You shall love and respect our allies and share with them our words but not our secrets. For only those of our coven may know.
20. You shall know no fear of death, the enemy, or no evil but you shall respect me and fear me. For even if it may not seem true, I am always with you

Each of these resemble the personality of Haois

Goals and Tactics: The thing that Haois wants for his followers is just to be able to make sure that he could get his followers to have a good life while they're on the known plane. His plan is to colonize and fairly conquer the entire island of Haarath.

Agreements and Hatreds: Those who betray their own virtues and righteousness in the ways of vice, evil gods and oppressors such as salamanders.

Currency system: It is more of a trade system for now.

Origin and Legends: Many have been slaves before, they have suffered the slings and arrows of evil and suffering of all forms. Tales would tell of heroes who rose to the occasion that fought the evil of slavers in a great act of defiance. This was no such tale, not yet anyway. There was once an unnamed slave, like many he was fearful but he was worthlessly so. Though like many he would try to do good for those around him he was too terrified to do anything of great importance. He would tell them to keep their head down, comfort those who would soon die, and hide those that he could that wouldn't be able to lead it back to him. It was a terrible life in the pit and such a difficult task was even to survive. He wouldn't step out of the boundaries set for him, even if that was the only way he would die a coward. One day he had done something he never thought he'd do, A righteous deed. The unnamed slave had one day snapped lashing out against the most evil. He killed so many of them, such a surprise it was to the salamander guards and such and anger it was to the big boss. But feasting on the body of the warrior wouldn't do, they would do something with a greater evil. They would send him into a dark cave, abandoned years ago by the older inhabitants of the world. He was sentenced there for years dreaming in solitude.

Years passed that he gave himself a name, becoming a new form of virtue in himself. Going back to the slave camps he ascended to a higher plane as more and more slaves grew to love and revere this new spirit of righteousness. He went forth gaining a following from the lands and burning those evil camps around him. All of which dubbed them their overlord. He grew in power to the point that he would bring them forth to the land of which he promised to have them all be happier in a better land and better world.

[best I could come up with so far, more detail will be given if needed]

The elusive 'roll call' page! Thou canst elude me any longer. I shall burn thee to cinder! Er...I mean, I would like to play. My character is Ember and you can click on the link the read what I have written about him so far. I tried to stick with what I remembered the stats for followers to be from the con, but looking at the others character sheets I may have forgotten what it was suppose to start at. Anyway, looking forward to the game.

A fellow elemental eh? Calm, logical, hands on aproach, vs the passionate, emotional, "I have minions for a reason" type.

Well, let's hope your campfires and emotional supercharging have some power and a good PR department behind them. Otherwise my freshwater springs, visions of the future, controll of the skys, and logical justice will probably be drawing in more followers, if only for some sort of order in daily life. Raw passion tends to get out of controll at times.

Either that or because of the appearance of our respective incarnations. After all, YOU may be the one on fire, but I'M the one who's hot!

Mortal minds tend to place importance on that.

Alternately, you could get two more minor domains. I noticed you only had one major and one minor. (Hint hint)

Could put us on more even standing. Just a thought.

Or instead of you constricting them with all your "logic" she'll get more power due to honest powerful passion from her followers that can overwhelm you. Don't be too arrogant now Wink the power that she could use from passion and powerful anger could easily overcome.

Another thing is that fire being so extraordinarily useful as it is could easily burn just about anything given the right amount of it. Water and fire only over come one another if there is a amount that is of greater amount of the other. What use is the skies when flaming meteors are falling from them? What use is logic when your enemy doesn't even think in terms of mere calculation? Plus what good is a prophecy when your burned to a crisp?

Be smart as to how you play some smack talk also for your right that she's on fire and your the one thats hot. But so is fire underneath a pot of boiling water that dissipates into thin air. Remember that Twisted Evil

Khorne

Lord of Blood

Chaos

Blood, War and Murder

+ Destruction
= Control
= Change
- Creation

Brass Citadel

Blood

Skull Throne

Nomadic type (Close to that of vikings, really evil vikings)

Northmen Fighters strength D8, intelligence D6, spirit D6. 10%

Beastmen intelligence D6, strength D8, spirit D6. 10%

Bloodthirsters spirit D8, intelligence D8, strength D6 10%

Do not kill for pleasure

Do not bother with the ways of magic

Kill for the skulls of my throne

A chaotic form of Summer

Khorne is described as extremely large and muscular, with the features of both a noble human and a fierce beast-headed monster sitting on a throne atop a mountain of skulls, in the middle of a sea of blood. The skulls and blood are described as belonging to all of the victims who are slain by his worshippers, members of the Cult of Khorne. Khorne wears armour of black and brass, and wields a mighty two-handed sword.

The Fortress of Khorne is Khorne's realm within the Realm of Chaos. It is a monument to fury and bloodshed, and is built upon foundations of murder and conflict. This blood-soaked realm echoes constantly with Khorne's bellows and the clash of weapons. At the centre of this mighty fortress lies the Brass Citadel, where Khorne's macabre Throne of Skulls resides. He sits atop a mountain of skulls, those who have been slain in his name. A great fire pit lights Khorne's gloomy chamber, the dark flames consuming the souls of cowards who have fled from battle. Around the citadel flows a moat, and it is filled not with water, but with the boiling blood of those who have lost their lives to war. Beyond this moat lies league upon league of cracked land, littered with the ravaged bones of those fallen in battle. A mighty crevasse splits the wasteland in two, a canyon many miles long and bottomless. It is said that Khorne himself was once consumed by such rage that he took up his sword and smote the ground, splitting it asunder for eternity. This fell sword is known by many names including Warmaker and The End of All Things, and is capable of laying waste to entire worlds with a single blow.

Smithing and mining: +2 in all conflict and combat rolls.

Skralnon the destroyer

[Yeah I know not descriptive enough but I'll come back and edit later.]

Heh, I didn't mean to sound arrogant, it's hard to get certain things across in writing. What I wrote was more a humerous build up to "You seem to be short a few domains" than smack talk.

Also, what good is prophicy? My last words.

"You. Six Leviathans. At the same time. Have fun with that."

Thanks for the defense Khorne. I am not overly worried, perhaps I should be. LOL.

I added two more secondaries as was suggested. They are Glory and Dreams. I think those fit nicely in my ideology. As to my followers, I certainlly would not set your eyes on them. My people will probably have a tendency to be very passionate about their beliefs. I would hate for you (Ga-Li) to get burnt.

My appearance changes constantly btw, like a fires does.....I would not get overly attached to the flaming man in the picture. Beauty often is a part of passion too.

lol.

Allright, I hate to do this, but I need to enact my first piece of GMing for character creation purposes...

First, Ga-Li:

I cannot allow you the power of Prophecy, as that is fates domain, and fates alone. It would give you Gming abilities and I can't allow that.

Weather is to broad a domain to be a secondary domain, It would probably be better to take it is a primary.

Also, We already have a Sea god, and your primary domain of water infringes upon that. If you switch weather with water, and change water to " Fresh Water" or "Rivers and lakes" that would be better, as it doesn't step on any bodies toes, and it fits with your theme of "purity".

And finally, you don't have the tech for a floating city.

Thats it for Ga-Li, now for Haois,

I Love your character, But your Domain of Virtue Is to broad by a wide margin. I need you to either change the domain entirely, or pick a virtue you prize above the rest. This doesn't mean that it changes anything else about your character, just his domain. You can still have commandments and such based off the virtues, they don't need to be any of your domains. Also, what exactly does crystal encompess?

By the way, Nice to see you again Ga-li, Ember, And especially you Rhishisikk.

Tech isn't an issue. The floating city is a miracle, I use my transformation affinity to turn lilypads, into bigger, stronger lilypads, that are sturdy enough to build on. It's part of my solution for the loss of faith problem.

Prophecy. Yeah, I can see where you're coming from, I'll see what else I can come up with.

Wheather. Understandable, if disapointing. I'll see what else I can choose from.

Water. Technicaly, I was the first one to pick it, but if you absolutely insist, I'll try and find a way to tone it down so as to not overlap with a sea god. Not going to be easy... I had a few plans for the ocean.

You may have a transformation affinity, but I need to know what domain your using to pull the miracle off, Also, the game hasn't started yet, and you guys are supposed to be new gods, not astablished dieties. The Roll Call was ment to be the Official sign up sheet. besides, I never really allow water as a domain unless its a one shot as it is way to broad of a domain unless all the players say its fine with them.

Okay, okay, let's see if I can find a picture of my second choice for village setup. I'll link it when I find it. I'll also swap my domains around a bit.

Okay, primary domain is now Weather, secondary domains are Knowledge, Innovation, and Fresh Water. (With harmony in transformation, I can turn salt water into fresh water if I need to, if only the area directly around me, which should be enough that I won't have to completely overhaul my plans.)

That work?

Hmmm... Love perhaps? That would be the most variant virtue as well as the most promising. I don't think that would effect too much but would take quite a piece out of the whole "virtue pie" so to speak. People do all kinds of things for love, love-making, battling for some righteous cause, loyalty, fellowship, etc.

As to what you mean by encompass I could have two answers to that though I don't know which you were asking for.

Crystals encompass the power of light, purity, and the ability to be transformed and purified through trial by fire. Like the coal which lives for years in the center of the earth to turn to diamonds, Haois had been trapped in the cave for years do die and be reborn and purified as a spirit encompassed by a bunch of crystals.

As to what crystals you speak of it is probably diamonds, however I think it is more of crystallization and the ability to control those said crystals. For instance the island of Harrath has a fiery "black fire" lake. Now crystals are made of what exactly? Water and darkness. Using my power to speed up some form of crystallization on a part of the water and voila! We have ourselves a fire crystal that with enough friction is combustive and hard as a fiery arrow. If your following my ideas here Wink .

Another thing about the 'prophecy' issue is perhaps she could use the powers of 'chance' instead? A form of calculation that could manipulate chances of a probable situation and issue, that could pass off as a form of "prophecy".

I see... May I make it my goal that my god character may somehow "learn" of all the great virtues which in turn will make him into a true "Overlord of Virtue"? Therefore when I am truly an established deity I can actually use the power of "Virtue" as a primary domain? Slightly like the avatar: the airbender. Which mind you is quite like a god-like character Wink

Well I can only think of one god in particular who has been hiding away for too long in the "rabbit hole" so to speak. Hoping that this little cat will come out and play also.

Name: Ember, business: Firing up humanity, Ember is always changing (like a fire), but always believes in being pattionate about his pursuits. His main domain is fire and his secondary domains are dreams, passion and glory. Fire is more than the physical fire, but also represents the spiritual fire within all. He is inclined to see humanity do their best, but even more inclined to see himself do his best. His people will be governed by their high priest who is directly spoken to by Ember. Should the high priest need replacing, Ember will see to that personally. See my description for the current commands. I will be adding more as they seem to fit. I think I can make a good case for Ember being a spontaneous force of nature, but I could also make him a former human. I can't see that it matters a lot right now. As I see it, he could have came into being because of any number of individuals striving to do their best who clinged to that ideology so much that it created a god. Or on the flip side, he could be a person who strove so hard to be/do what his passion was on earth that it inspired others to also attempt to achieve their goals. Their hero worship of him turned him into a god. Take your pick...I don't really care. As a god of fire, passion, glory and dreams I do not see myself prescribing to any one economic idea. My people would excell in anything they chose to persue with passion. However, I do have an order called the forge that will likely be smith type people. I also have another order called the Kiln who will likely make potery. Brewing could be a trade as well. So I am guessing we are largely not farmers, but artisans. So maybe trade would be best? I think that answers your questions. I hope this is what you wanted!

Well done ember, that was exactly what I wanted... Also, the only reason I need to know your gods origins, is beacuse It tends to color how other dieties react to you.
